In our café at Bongska Huset in Abbekås harbor, the sea breeze, holiday feeling, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee come together, and during the summer, the café is filled with boat guests, bathers, and regulars in a delightful mix. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As part of the team at Bongska Huset, you are at the heart of summer's pulse. You greet guests with a smile and serve coffee and pastries with warmth and presence. You guide them through our tempting pastries, the delightful selection of cheeses, and the well-stocked delicatessen shelves, helping guests find their favorites among flavors and aromas.

You handle the cash register and payments, prepare lighter cold dishes and sandwiches, and present the offerings in an inspiring way. Of course, you always ensure that the café area is clean, pleasant, and inviting.

The pace varies, with calm moments mixed with full speed, and together with your colleagues, you create a nice flow and a magical summer feeling that makes both guests and yourself want to stay.

WHO ARE YOU? You are positive, responsible, and enjoy providing service with warmth and presence. You thrive in meeting people and are flexible. The days don't always look the same, and that's part of the charm. Experience from cafés, restaurants, or service is an advantage but not a requirement; the most important thing is your attitude and personality. You can work during the day, evenings, and weekends throughout the summer, and having a driver's license with access to a car is an advantage since work hours do not always coincide with public transport. Above all, you are part of creating summer memories, both for the guests and for yourself.

The employment is a fixed-term position during the summer with work on both weekdays and weekends. We would love for you to be able to work weekends already in the spring for proper training, and the opportunities to continue working weekends with us in the fall are great.
